Prenatal massage is safe from the second trimester onwards and is specially adapted for expectant mothers. Always mention that you are pregnant when booking.
For maintenance, we recommend once every 2-4 weeks. For specific issues, more frequent sessions may be needed initially until the condition stabilizes.
