Terms of Service

REAKTIVA, massage business owned by Iva Zorman

1. General

By using Reaktiva's services, the client confirms familiarity with and acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking

Appointments are arranged in advance. Being late may result in shorter treatment without price change.

3. Cancellation

Cancel or change at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation or no-show may result in charges.

4. Health status

Client must inform about health issues, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy before treatment. Reaktiva does not make medical diagnoses.

5. Payment

Payment after service in cash or agreed method.
